Dishes are full of unrecognizable vegetables, and trying to ask what they are doesn't seem to help. The food is very tasty, however, and the staff willing to explain more than once what you are eating. Many of the dishes come in a bowl, and are similiar to a stew, although the flavors are more distinct than in American cooking.
