The Chucks Steak House in Boca Raton, Fl. was a disappointment. Four of us went out on my son's birthday and thought it was going to be a nice treat. The employees were more concerned with what was going on in the bar and not in the dinning area. We had flagged down 5 different people for service by but no one was our waiter. The steak was great but the salad bar needs some help. This the first letter we have ever sent complaining about service. We plan to never come back.
