Uncle Willie's is the delightful exception. The ribs - pork or beef - are slow cooked to perfection meaning they are usually eaten quickly. The basic flavoring is provided by a rub that makes the ribs tasty enough to skp the four sauces that are all top-notch. There is also a wide array of genuine barbecue side dishes and a great BYO atmoshere. I'm a rib fan first, but the pulled pork and fried chicken makes me long for Tallahassee. Check out the menus of other barbecue joints from around the country that cover the walls. Easy go to get to, located in a small strip mall. His pit set-up is unique and everything is done carefully and correctly resulting in fall off the bone goodness at all times. A good place to relax, chat and have a great meal in comfy clothes without having to do the dishes.
