ReviewsPoor Service Yesterday, Sunday, Ground Hog Day, six of us went to dinner at your place. We were told that the computers were not working and things were going to be a slow. We accepted that fact. The orders had to be hand written. We accepted that fact. I had ordered a second drink during the course of the dinner. It took 15 minutes to get to the table. Now, I don't care if the computers are working or not, it does not take 15 minutes to get from our table to the bar and back with my drink. Very poor service. When our dinner finally arrived (and we accepted the delay due to the computers) it was brought not by our server, but by two other servers. As a result, they put the food down and left in a hurry without asking if there was anything else we needed. Eventually, our server showed up and asked if everthing was all right. I was half way through my meal at the time (salmon and it was good) but I asked for some parmesan cheese. The server told me that if they had any, it would be over at the salad bar. Implying that I should get up and get it myself. I was seat in a booth of six up against the wall. I was not about to ask two people to get up and let me out. Nor was I going to ask the person on the end to go over and get me some. As a result, I never did get any cheese. Needless to say, I am very displeased with the service and the attitude of the server and has made for interesting discussion at the office this morning.
