I talked with the manager and found out that they're cooking the food fresh daily, except for their corn and chips which are shipped in. Talk about spicey! Whether the taste buds like just a bit (my wife) or they're cast iron (me) this place has got it! (We split a burrito and come out stuffed). I ate at Bocaza and found it not only to be good, it's healthy!
