Sahib India Cuisine falls in the 1%. Don't get me wrong - the food is OK here at Sahib - the tandoori'ed meats are flavorful and pretty good and naan is chewy and tasty. It's their curries that need help. They're too simple - lack the complex mingling of spices and flavors that make Indian food so addictive. Still, compared with the other Indian places in Alameda, Sahib is better - but that's not really saying much is it? The food's not horrible and the service is attentive.
