ReviewsBanzai Bistro - The worst service I have ever received! I was very excited to try this lively restaurant in Alameda recently. However, the service was deplorable. After waiting an hour to be seated (a couple that walked in after we did were seated first), we had an awful server. We placed our order for 2 lobsters and were told it would be 20 minutes as the kitchen was backed up. After 1 hour we inquired where our lobsters were, and our waitress informed us that they had run out of lobster! Nothing was offered instead, and we went home very hungry after over 2 hours. The next day I called the manager, and was advised I would get a call back, and over a week later, have heard nothing. I was very excited to try this lively restaurant in Alameda recently.
