Reviews My husband and I dined at Gaskins Cabin for a romantic dinner on a get-away weekend. Very cozy place, wonderful atmosphere and the menu is outstanding. My husband and I dined at Gaskins Cabin for a romantic dinner on a get-away weekend. Very cozy place, wonderful atmosphere and the menu is outstanding. The one glaring problem I see is that they allow small children to dine in what should be an adults only restaurant -- it is a romantic secluded cabin. Small children cried and whined and ran around the dining room while their oblivous parents ignored the noise. Suppose it's more of a parental problem than one of the restaurant, but it would be nice to see the restaurant exclude small children (if legal).
