Coyaba....Our Favorite Provo restaurant

We visited during the middle of July and found Coyaba to be very very romantic and we enjoyed nearly everything about it. Chef/owner Paul Neuman is a wonderful man as well as being a superb artist of creativity. The Tuna was the best I've had anywhere.
