ReviewsBeaches Boscobel Jamaica Resort Review Just returned from our trip to Boscobel on the island of Jamaica. Dont even waste your money. I had the trip from hell at Beaches Boscobel and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen to date. You cant complain because they hang up on you on the phone, and to find a live manager at these overpriced resorts is nearly impossible. They hide like mice from cats. If anyone would like more info. about my trip feel free to email me at equeenwendy@yahoo.com, Id be happy to give you all the gory details.or better yet, check out www.tripadvisor.com and read the other lousy reviews of this dump of a hotel in jamaica. Save your money because unless you like broken down, bug infested resorts that always seem to run out of food and drinks, poor service and terrible management, dont even bother, because that is what you will be paying for when you get there. And in case you happen to talk to a travel agent who raves about the place, remember one thing, Sandals/ Beaches gives wonderful incentives to travel agents who book frequently at their properties so I would not take the reccomendation of any ta on this one.
