The philosophy of the restaurant seems to agree most with me: We give you value for dollar -- and we make no apologies for it. Screaming "Hwan-ying Hwan-ying" (welcome welcome) seems to summarize this philosphy. Food seldom makes me happy ... not in the way it's prepared in this commercial, mercantile mass productive manner.
