Food here is terribly inconsistent; sometimes it's quite good, more often than not, it's very bad. I used to avoid going there on Sundays because it was one of their worst days. Prices are okay, more expensive than in other eateries, but it's a all vegetarian place with aircon. Service can be terrible with all dishes being served together within minutes. Some waiters are from India and do a good job. Other employees from Indonesia still have a lot to learn, particularly in terms of hygiene: sticky and wet plates and cutlery, hands seldom washed (hey, you see them returning from the toilet without visiting the wash-basin). And when you see them packing the sweets (sold outside the restaurant in a shiny display), you lose your appetite. Dishes: boring. They have a daily special, either pongal or uppuma... plus iddiyapam on Saturday. But thing might improve with arrival of new workers from India with the promise to do a different special every day. Toilets are in a terrible state. A mouse family is living inside the aircon above the entrance. Once I've seen a rat coming in and running into the kitchen.
