The hamburgers could definitely be improved. The buns are just a little on the light side and go soggy very quickly. Not to mention their very accute lack of thickness, about 2 milimeters. Also the chips, or Fires if you are American, are just too small in serving. When you are paying close to 2000 yen on a hamburger you expect any restaurant to be more generous with the fries.
