Although the food is usually quite tasty (Blizzards), there is no consistency in the food, (sometimes you get alot, sometimes next to none.... pay extra for something, and end up with less than last time (when you didn't pay for extra?!). The service is extremely SLOW, and 1/2 the time the Drive Thru isn't opened?! It's fast food, dish out the cash and fix the Drive Thru! "You need to spend money to make money"! More than once I've had to wait for well over 5 minutes to have my order taken at the drive-thru (and both times there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot and noone else in the drive-thru). Recently their slushie machine was broken for a few days straight (may still be broken, I haven't been back since now that the dairy bars are open). I have to admit though, the cotton candy blizzard is pretty sweet. :D Ugh, I have to give a thumbs-down to the S'side DQ as well.
